Radio call points can be used for emergency first aid or shop assistance. They operate on radio frequencies, providing reliable and efficient communication to keep staff connected at all times.

When integrated with our radio headsets, staff can easily respond to calls instantly. Until staff have responded to the call it will repeat the pre recorded message every 20 seconds.

How does the Radio Call Point work:

Customer presses the radio call point
A pre-recorded message is then sent to groups of staff via the headset or handheld radio.
Staff then respond to the location of the call to assist.
Once a member of staff arrives to the location they press the call point to cancel the message which will stop other members of the team arriving.

These radio call points can be used as a shop assistance call button or programmed for first aid response. Remember, these are radios that work off radio frequencies, and because of this, there is no need for Bluetooth connection or Wi-Fi. This is a massive benefit because the range is better than Bluetooth's.
