No, Syncrovision radio headsets work off two-way radio frequencies and do not require a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or cellular connection. The advantage of this is that for construction work, or any other site that has no Bluetooth or Wi-fi on-site, the Syncrovision will work without any dependence on any other system.

There are no ongoing costs with the radio headsets themselves, but it depends on if you want them to be licensed or license-free. License-free radio headsets have no ongoing costs. But even for licensed radio equipment the cost is just £75.00 typically for 5 years license. We can help with submission for you or you are able to buy direct from OFCOM for the same price.

Yes, these radio headsets can work with existing radios, depending on the brand you heve. We can programme these headsets to work with your current radios for a low cost.

They function similar to a standard two-way radio. They work exactly like a standard two-way radio.

The radio call point is simple to use. When a customer needs assistance or first aid help, they press the button, and a pre-recorded message (audio) will be sent to the headsets and handheld radios, if available in real-time. Staff can then quickly respond and go to that location to assist as needed.
